Starbucks Coffee Company has a very clean facility and a very friendly team. One employee named JoJo stood out for his vibrant personality, outgoing nature, and genuine curiosity. He maintained great eye contact and created an authentic connection. JoJo showed great leadership by stepping into tasks most people would avoid, including cleaning the bathroom, without hesitation. He consistently engaged with customers, bringing energy and positivity to every interaction. Another barista named PJ was also lovely and made a customer from Canada feel welcome by calling them neighbor. The drive thru experience was inconsistent; one visit took an abnormally long time, and a Carmel frappe had chunks of red fruit at the bottom that ruined a white soccer jersey. However, another visit had a sweet barista with a bubbly, kind attitude. The latte was very good on one occasion but not very good on another. Starbucks still has seating and free wifi, but some find it hard to get over paying $5 for a drink.
