Best donuts and ice cream!
Customer service is about as poor as it gets. Walk in the front door and say "hello, how you doing?" and the man behind the counter just sits there glaring at me. Afraid he may not have heard me I repeat "is your day going alright?" and he just squints his eyes and glares asking what I want. For the love of God, please don't work in a customer service oriented job in one of the biggest tourist areas in the country if you are afraid to talk to people.
Great donuts, coffee and service! 🍩 Will definitely be back the next time we’re in Gatlinburg.
