Stayed one night for an event. Friendly staff, very responsive. Our room was clean. Hotel was nice in general with plenty of parking and ground to walk around. Steep road up to hotel, Carpet in our room looked if it got chewed up by bears.
I loved it. It has the most amazing views. It is located on the top of a hill. I give location a 4 star because you can't easily walk from the hotel to the shopping areas. However, there is a trolley pick up you can use. Bonus as soon as we pulled in the drive there was a bear hanging out. The pool area is gorgeous.
