My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and loved every minute of it. Staff here are all so nice and very attentive from the minute you arrive. Our room had phenomenal views of the smokies! We loved the convenience of the trolley that comes every 15 minutes and gets you to all the attractions. When we vacation again, Double Tree has our business indefinitely.

The Park Vista is a beautiful hotel by Hilton and Double tree with gorgeous views of the smokey mountains in Gatlinburg, tn. They have several huge ballrooms, restaurants, shops, a fantastic indoor swimming pool with water slides for kids to enjoy. There is an outdoor Pavillion for special occasions and a grill as well.
Easter Brunch was terrible. Thanksgiving 2023 was amazing so we tried the Easter brunch. Never again...

Left a bit to be desired. I travel often and was not overly impressed with this Hilton property. Had an early departure @ 6AM and no coffee was available. I was fortunate to stop at the Hampton Inn in town and grab a fresh cup. Gatlinburg doesn’t have much for a higher end offering so just be aware when you travel.

One of the most beautiful Hilton hidden on top of a mountain over seeing Gatlinburg city what a site must stay staff Ronnie, and goam were amazing helping us and always happy.

It is OKAY. It seems they are lacking a little in the Maintenace dept, maybe? The rooms could use an update. 1 of the 2 water slides is broken, and apparently has been since October. Elevators constantly broken.Food & drinks: food is great. drinks are hit or miss.
