Is 2hrs for delivery a standard here? I had to call 6x just to get someone on the phone. The lady I spoke to seemed like she wanted to help but was not sure what the issue was. It started with no updates being made in the door dash app. Door dash issued a refund however I still feel like I need to let the public know to stay away from this place they took no accountability and the driver didn’t have the decency to apologize.
Checked this place out because of the convenience of being located in the lobby....came back and ate the next night because the service and food was AMAZING!! Will be making this a new tradition when in town!
We wanted a different place for pizza and I found Mountain trail on Google. I am so glad we did. The pizza was outstanding and the service was great. This will definitely be a do over when we come back to town.
