Wrong order, waited over 2 and a half hours for 3 pizzas that were delivered cold. They bulk their orders until a bunch come in before the delivery persons sets out to deliver. Called multiple times, only once was picked up, and was told they “were busy”. Don’t use with Door Dash. They will mark the delivery as complete in about 90 min but still take about another hour until the food shows up. Management should be ashamed! What a disgrace for such a great community. There are similar reviews here!

Had an amazing time at Mountain Trail Pizza and Grill! Quick service and the pizza was top-notch, especially the crust—crispy yet soft. Fresh toppings made it even better. Definitely a must-visit spot for great food fast!

Have been waiting 2 hours and 15 mins now for our 75.00 dollar order, to be delivered, still haven’t heard a word from driver, called restaurant and they said it’s not in the store anymore. That was my 3rd call to them. I really can not recommend them. Hopefully we’ll get it eventually.

If you want a generic pizza, weird wings, and no email or text when you're order is ready, this is your place. Don't order online, even if you're in the hotel. Maybe don't order at all.

Had garlic cheese bread and salad, both were freshly made and super delicious. Best part is its inside the hotel and open until 11pm. Great Italian food. Ambience is good

Amazing service, friendly faces, clean, and food was absolutely the best with fast service. Great price and will be coming back down here again tomorrow to try the pizza. We had fried pickles and chicken bacon fettuccine pasta so good.!!! Employee Mihaela was very helpful and did a great job.

Absolutely horrible service! Ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour. Got a phone call from the driver an hour later saying he would be there in 5-10 minutes. 2.5 hours later we got our pizza and it was cold! Tried to call over 20 times to cancel the order but they never picked up their phone.

Very good food! We all took leftovers home. My son said it was the best pizza he has ever eaten. Our waitree, Mihaela, was fantastic!!
Vegetarian options: Got a vegetable pizza. It was great! Also got the Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza. Best ever! Great service as well.

Do you remember the pizza they used to give you back in grade school? This is similar to that except worse. Spent $150 for two “large” tasteless, bland, flat pies, and what looked like a prepacked chicken salad.

Visiting Gatlinburg and needed a late night bite, so we stopped by Mountain Trail Grill & Pizza! It’s located inside a hotel and it’s a small spot, we parked right in front of the hotel and went in. When we arrived, it was 10 PM - they closed at 11. It was only one other couple dining there. Our waiter was so attentive and the pepperoni pizza was so GOOD and affordable! I should have gotten a video of that cheese pull! Definitely a great spot for a slice when you need one.
