A diamond in the ruff. Stromboli is huge and super tasty. Good crunchy outside but not overcooked and full of toppings and cheese. The cheese garlic knots are awesome. The cheese is wrapped inside the knot. Calzones stuffed full of cheese blend and nice and crunchy in the out side as well. Spaghetti and meatballs great. You can tell the sauce is good quality made in house not runny and has good flavor. Definitely worth a trip in.
I recently tried the pizza at this place, and it was absolutely fantastic! The crust was perfectly crisp, the toppings were fresh, and the cheese was gooey perfection. 1st time stopping in to order carry out upon a recommendation that fiid was good, so my expectations were high. I must say my husband & I were very disappointed. Hubby ordered the Italian sub and I got the Stromboli. The sub was ok but nothing compared to firehouse, the Stromboli was bland, no seasoning or spice, it was supposed to have sausage, I didn't see or taste 1 bite ,And it really is just a flat calzone.
