A great experience worth talking about!
I made a pick up order around 8:30PM. Got to the store around 8:45PM and picked up my order. Drove home and realized I had the wrong order.
No issue, I’ll run back, expect they close at 9PM
I arrive at 9:15PM and the manager (I assume) and two others are cleaning up after a presumingly long day.

The lady that just made my sandwich was one of the most friendly strangers I’ve encountered in a long time. Top notch customer service. Will definitely be back.

Jersey Mike's Subs offers a great experience worth talking about. One customer made a pick up order, got the wrong order, and returned after close. The manager and two others were cleaning up, but the manager met the customer at the door. He had no issue getting everything back out, putting the slicer back together, and making the sandwiches ordered. It could've been a bad overall experience, but the people taking care of the customer made it great. Another customer called the lady who made the sandwich one of the most friendly strangers and praised the top notch customer service. A first time goer found the food okay, nothing special, but the guy ringing people up was so kind. Others say the crew makes subs delicious and fast every time, with a very nice and welcoming store. Even when lined out the door, the staff are helpful, friendly, and ready to serve. Repeat customers remain because the food is wonderful and plenty, and the wait staff is very well versed and attentive.
