I love Pals. The hot dogs are the best. The Frenchie fries are absolutely delicious... especially with extra salt. The burgers are very good....they even have a "sauce burger" which I'm told is extraordinary. The employees are always so very kind and courteous. Very much worth a visit....

Never had a bad experience at Pal's! For my money, they have the best hamburgers of all the "fast food" places around.I like that they will build your hamburger anyway you want it, as I don't care for ketchup, pickles, mustard, etc: just tomato, cheese, bacon, mayo for me.The fries are really good too!

Like a lot of fast food restaurants, prices have gone up and quality has gone down. My burger tasted like salt and the mayo oozed out of it. Yuck!!!

Amazing! Slight hiccup in the order, they were so quick to accept all fault (even though it was an ordering issue on my behalf) replaced with brand new food. I cant wait to visit again, just for another Pal's experience.

October 2023. Located in Morristown, Tn. My first time stopping by here. Pals Sudden Services does live up to its name. There is only a drive thru where you place food order at one window, pay, & then circle the building to pick the food. No inside dining. The menu had typical American fast food. Burgers, fries hotdogs, chili dogs, & drinks. Alot more on menu. But I forgot to take a picture of it. I ordered a chili dog & fresh fries. After picking up my lunch. I sat in a parking space & ate in vehicle. I enjoyed the quick tasty food. For a fast food place. No complaints here! I'll return one day. First pals I've ever had and boy when they say sudden service they mean it, couldn't even look at the menu board before the girl was wondering why I didn't order ? but she was nice and the food was about what you'd expect from a fast food joint, good fry

It's sad but Pal's is not the same. It has really gone downhill this year. I was served burnt fries and a dried out cold Big Pal today. This location is particularly getting worse with every visit. They need to get rid of the grouchy old woman taking money and handing out food. She looks at you like you are trash. She always has an attitude, but all the other workers are fantastic.
