Cindy was awesome!!!!!
It's hit or miss. Been there when everyone was very friendly and the last time not so much. I just went here today and found a smashed fly in my food. Kind of a bummer, the service was very slow this time as well. Put in our order using the app, it took 30 minutes to get our food, the frozen coke was half full and they forgot our sauces. I ordered a McChicken sandwich no lettuce and small fries. The sandwich was loaded in lettuce and mayo to the point of sliding off bun and the fries weren't golden brown they were white and only half cooked soggy not done. We were traveling for soccer up there and thought it was McDonald's surely it will be ok but sadly it wasn't u didn't even bother calling, if we travel up that way again we will not stop there.

The staff tries their best to accommodate requests, and most employees are really nice, although middle-aged workers sometimes rush customers out quickly. The restaurant can be short-staffed, leading to long wait times and closed facilities, and management can be inefficient. Occasionally, the fries are soggy or hard/stale, and cookies take a while to be served. Despite these issues, the service can be quick, especially when a pleasant young worker gets orders done fast, though staffing changes might mean less consistency.
