I love Zaxbys. But every time I go through the drive through. Someone messes up my order. I've had my drink missing several times. My son's sandwich in his kid's meal was not included in his meal. I've had wings missing and fries missing many times. The management at the Andrew Johnson location and the college square mall location have been very rude.
