Food is decent but everytime I go through to get a SALAD I have to wait at the curb for 15-20 minutes or more and today apparently I wasn’t pulled up right up to the sign so a skinny dark headed female employee comes out and literally stands by the sign and directs me to pull up several inches lol. Girl, calm down and get the food ready so people don’t have to line up and wait 20 minutes while you’re running around outside acting like you work for some kind of road work.

Would give negative stars if possibleWaited at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes to place order.Next pull around to pay. Received drinks then told to pull forward and food would be right out. After waiting 13 minutes I went in and they hadn't even started making my order. I got a refund and went on my way.

What can I say??? Zaxby's is always good no matter where you go, I absolutely love their sweet spicy chili sauce and their wimpy sauce. I always get the wings and things combo and the fries are so good and the chicken is out of this

Well I am very disappointed with them. First thing after ordering from drive thru. They had nothing prepared. Wait 30 minutes. Once we got our food it was the wrong order. They have given the order to another person that was waiting. Had to wait again. All we got was sorry. They had rushed our food. Food was just okay.
I went through the drive-thru, the crew is so nice and you can tell they like working there. It's nice to see a crew that jives together. But the price of chicken in this Biden economy oh, I can't do chicken anymore ?Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian but the fries are pretty good when you can't get chicken LOL ? they're seasoned salt for the fries is great and so is their Zaxby sauce

I had quit going to this establishment due to horrible food and lazy rude workers. Last visit the tenders weren't even edible and had to be thrown away because they had been cooked in old burnt oil. I decided to give it another try today. There has been some improvement. The workers were very nice and seemed happy to serve. The tenders were good. The fries were stale and I suspect they were left over from the night before. I ordered around 10:50 am so food should have been fresh. The bread was cold and it was stale too. The slaw seemed off also. I'll give 3 stars simply due to the nice drive through workers and decent chicken tenders. I will give them one more chance. If all the food isn't fresh or I encounter rude workers, I will not be back.

Similar to a Raising Cane's franchise. It's a good fast food restaurant. The service was good too. I forgot the name of the guy who took our order but he explained the difference between #1 and #2 as it was similar. The noise level was quiet. Dined inside with the bf and there were like less than 10 people inside at around noon ish time. Of course, there was some competition with the other fast food around the area. But you can either sit and dine in or take a drive thru. I chose #2, 4 chicken tender-fingers with toast with fries and coleslaw and a zax sauce.
