Why ask what sauce for a child's happy meal if you are never going to put it in the bag?! The fries were NOT fresh. I get its "fast food", but at least get it right. The lady that took the money was at least friendly.

I've been here at this location trying get food my fiance ordered for me and its not going through McDonald's system or anything i give them the online recipit and i still don't get serviceThey say it's their systems and its all McDonald's world wide with the problemThey not taking Doordash order yet front counter and drive thru orders workThis location as of yesterday and today has the worst service possibleDont come here

Horrible customer service. Had used the app to order food and go to the counter to pick it up only to have them tell me that they cant find my order when i show them the ticket number as well as it being paid for.. absolutely ignorant as well as rude because they have no decency to try and fix it or give you the food when you show them what it was and that it was already paid for. And the managers are not any better down right rude. Had several issues today with this and the systems being down for orders in app or on kiosk.

The app was freezing up when trying to edit a hamburger and then when checking out never gave an option to use the drive thru. When we pulled into the drive through just to ask if we could change it because the app messed up we were rudely told "no you have to come in to get it." We pull around and I go in and see the food we ordered just sitting behind the counter not on the counter where I can get it. So I ask the cashier if she could get my food that I ordered on the app because I see it over there and she is not only rude but just acts like that's a big inconvenience to her. And the thing is my order was only a happy meal with a freeze. The inside part could be ignored if you could simply hand a small order like that out the window when the initial problem was the app.

App order placed prior to 1030 while in line at McD sit in line for 7 min waiting on McDonalds to finish the order of the car in front of me. When I got up to speaker advised that my order was canceled! The lady said items wasn't avl. Then said she was checking with manager. The manager advised they ran out of burritos. Ok, so who ordered burritos? She then asked what my order was and again gave the order#DE31 for 2 steak bagel combos. She said it was now past 1030; of course since we have waiting now 10 min. She rerung the order and advised to pull around again waiting for refund. ANDREA the manager was very rude and terrible customer service experienced. I myself worked as a manager at McD for years. Maybe this MCD or this manager doesn't know the meaning of good customer service.

I'm a door dasher this is absolutely the worst resturant in morristown. Wait is 30 minutes or longer to pick up an order.. with 1 or 2 working with 8 or 10 walking around like they are lost. While Customers are bringing their food back to the counter because it was cold before it was served or undercooked. Last night the wait was closer to 45 minuted I'm starting to refuse all orders from this worst resturant in morristown store.

this was 3rd and last chance for me. they cant pay attention, they cant get order, price or anything right. they must really go for worst employees possible when they hire. who knows maybe they strive for failure.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! I ordered two happy meals for my son and specifically selected the Pokemon toy for both of them. After receiving my order and walking to my car, I checked to make sure everything was correct. The toys were not the right ones and they only gave me one sauce for my nuggets. The manager told me that they were all out of pokemon toys.. meanwhile the lady behind her was opening a new case of the pokemon toys. After being disappointed once, upon actually eating my food, the fries AND my nuggets tasted old and cold. I never received a receipt since I ordered on the in store kiosk. To anyone who believes a toy isn't important, tell that to my 3 year old.
