Went through the drive thru. My wife ordered me a hot drink and ordered a mocha for herself. My wife didn’t indicate that she wanted it iced. Pull up to the window and we received 2 hot drinks. Even though my wife thought she ordered iced (she didn’t), the drive thru attendant insisted on getting her an iced mocha. Super nice employee!!!
Before everyone starts flaming me and screaming at me and burning down my house let me just say that I've been to Starbucks in like 10 different countries and all across the US. Yes I know and I agree it's not the best coffee Yes I know and I agree it's not the best of anything but what they do do well and they do better than almost any other place I can think of is consistency. Friendly service and I never have an order messed up! The drive thru line stays long, especially when people don’t understand that we are in a drive thru, not a street. There’s no reason to keep a car’s length away from the person in front of you. If you do this, sorry but you suck. Anyway, rant over.
