The barista with red hair was incredibly rude. I guess she felt that she didn't have to acknowledge a customer or respond to a question since she was making drinks. Some of my order was missing when I approached her to ask about where my missing item was. She looked at me and rolled her eyes before she walked away to continue making drinks. The rest of my experience was great. I just don't understand poor customer service. It takes 2 seconds to show some kindness and consideration.
