1/8/24 7:30 I never leave reviews, but I went in and these two ladies were so sweet and welcoming and they had very good energy in the place! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had in any food place!

Today I waited in line longer than normal. I did not mind though because of your employee, Tom. I, and about 20 other customers, watched as Tom made dozens of sandwiches by HIMSELF. He never looked disappointed, frustrated, or overwhelmed. He helped everyone with a smile. While I feel it unresponsible and disappointing management could not provide Tom with help or additional employees, I am happy I was served by Tom today. The new manager I assume is a massive b****, ride as all get out, shes the old, fat, short, gray hair having b*****, she worked on (2/24/23), she was training a new hire and she asked what I wanted on the sub, I told her what I wanted and I said "all the shake-ables" she responded with an attitude "you mean the shakes" she was horrible the entire time and then just left the new hire at the front to man the counter by himself
