Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold
I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out.
I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced.

Ok, so I eat at Buddy's BBQ all the time. So today I go to the Bearden location for an early lunch. Get my food and drink and go to a table by the windows. As I am sitting there eating, small black ants are crawling everywhere, along the windows sills and even on my table while I was trying to eat. I killed about 3 . I ate at the Lenoir City location earlier today for lunch. I had the pork dinner and everything was good except the French fries. They were severely under cooked. They should encourage the staff to use a timer for the fryer and even test them before serving them. Today was disappointing.
