“Great all around experience. Kaiden was especially kind and friendly. Really took a second to connect to the customer first and the staff was so fun to watch them interact together. You can tell they love their job even with the rain. Kaiden gave a Great recommendation on a new coffee to try. Will definitely order again. All in all a positive first experience at this place. And coffee is good and seems to be high quality. Check them out.“

“This family owned and operated business in Loudon offers a really great product and outstanding service! Every time I go in to order myself and my wife or my co-workers a loaded tea, they are always ready to offer suggestions or to explain the difference in their many products.
I will continue to support this family business and advise anybody who asks to give them a try! I've not had a tea or a shake that I didn't like yet.“

“Some drinks can be very sweet but overall it’s very good and has a wide collection of extra things \\ toppings like bobas you can add on to the drinks!! Definitely is a spot worth going to and i left my iced drink in the car for around 4 hours and it was cold by the time i got back to the car!! It’s very very affordable and has amazing rewards!!“

“Very happy and satisfied with my experiences at Scooter's from my first visit to now! Every time I have been there everyone is extremely nice and friendly always willing to help me pick out something if I'm not sure what I want! Love the special flavors of the month that they offer! Great coffee and I love the carmelious muffin! Best muffin I've had! The management there does an excellent job and are always friendly each time I visit!“

“I came here for the first time because they were doing Santa pictures. Y'all, my infant screamed the whole time I was there and the staff was so sweet. They calmly made me a drink and was assuring me that everything was fine. A little kindness goes a long way. I live about 40 minutes away from this store and I promise I'll be stopping in any time I'm in the area. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and for the yummy tea!! A+ for a delicious product. A++ customer service!!!“
