The food is always perfect and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. I never wait more than like 3 minutes for my order to be prepared after placing it. The location is also just super convenient. I used to complain about there being no affordable smoothie places close to barre because the other nearby competitors odd northshore are like 10$ plus a freaking smoothie. “There are many fitness centers in this area, and many of us enjoy stopping for a smoothie after an early morning workout. On one occasion, the store was open and employees were inside, but I was not acknowledged at the speaker. Additionally, there have been times when only one employee was working. The employee was very friendly and provided great service; however, managing the volume alone—especially on busy mornings like Fridays when the line extends to the road—seems overwhelming for one person.

The smoothies are excellent, but improving staffing levels and scheduling additional team members during peak hours would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.“

“Rocky top nutrition is awesome! They came out to our chapter meeting tonight and setup teas for everyone as they got out of chapter. They quickly setup and adapted to make sure everyone was happy and were awesome to work with. “The last times I’ve visited coffee shops around Knoxville, the experiences Jacobean great-drinks either overflow with too much coffee, milk, or creamer, or they’re just a bit off. That’s why I started going to Scooter’s , and every single time my Oreo Blender has been perfect. I usually swap out whole milk for almond milk at other places, but Scooter’s does such amazing job that I can enjoy it with whole milk and it still tastes fantastic. The customer service is always flawless, too!“
