“😍Today I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing shop for the first time. I cannot wait to return! The cup of lady grey I ordered was prepared with a lavender lemon sugar and was delicious! I managed to find 6 different kinds of sugars, 4 spices, a few different kinds of salts, the world's cutest manatee tea steeper and 3 different teas to bring home from this visit. The kind proprietress took time to show me around, help me locate special treats just for me, and make me feel like family. The indoor seating in the back of the store is lovely, complemented by amazing murals painted outside of the windows.It is a terrific shop and Knoxville is VERY lucky to have The Tea & Spice Exchange in town. I wish there were one near me!“

“Such an awesome spot for coffee! ☕💚 Coming from a super vegan-friendly town, I haven’t found many places with great plant-based options — so hearing that the default milks were oat and almond absolutely made my heart happy! The barista was kind and friendly And happily educated me on some other items on their menu that I will check into at a later time. Huge thanks for offering healthy, humane, and seriously delicious choices!“

“Great start to the day, and their loaded teas are made with the all natural ingredients vs the chemical infused other options out here. This is why we drive out of our way from south East Knox to get our Teas and we load up on drys for the week. The messages on the cup just hype & brighten my day all day. Thank the Lord that he gave us Tiffany. :)))))“
