“The meal was cooked to perfection. I’ve never had a more tender juicy chicken in my life. The beet strawberry side dish was surprisingly a favorite - on the sweeter side which I enjoyed. For appetizers we got the hush puppies and farm fresh egg with dumplings and both were incredible. You can’t go wrong with anything here!“

Being from Queens, NYC, this is the only place in Tennessee I trust to make a Reuben that reminds me of home. Good burgers and food cooked a few establishents down at sister restauant Bit Burger. Somewhat dark and loud as one might expect at a gaming tavern.“

“We went here for our annual office Christmas dinner. The food was incredible- but the service was TOP NOTCH. All the servers were great but our main server Grace was knowledgeable as most of us had never been there before, our guys can get obnoxious and she handled them great and she was on top of everything. We didn’t feel rushed or like we were waiting for anything even though we spent over four hours enjoying our experience. 5 out of 5 stars would def recommend and am going to personally bring family back for celebrations. “I do recommend Cava and was only given the option to recommend or not recommend. BUT it would be helpful if they would post updated hours when closing early (which I have ran into on multiple occasions) to their website or social media platforms. There have also been occasions where they stopped online orders early and were out of ingredients when we went in store close to closing. But overall I do love having food from here. It is delicious and easy to pick up even until the 9 o’clock hour- usually.“

“Oh downtown Knox where do I begin… ever since my days at UT back in ‘96 I loved going downtown. Of course back then you would catch me at the hill or one of the other bars the fellas would be at. But now I come for a different reason… ICE CREAM. My wife’s boyfriend reccomended this place to me a while back, and ever since then we’ve been going at it nonstop (and I’m not talking about just the ice cream😉. He’s actually a really cool dude and, he hits the spot just right. At first I didn’t tell my wife that I was going out with her boyfriend, but when she found out she wasn’t actually that mad. She even lets me watch from the closet sometimes when Im good. Other than that, the ice cream is delicious and they always have fun flavors. I love the Santa’s cookie!!!! “Delivery is usually rocking, but not today. I’ll usually give a little slack when the order’s not right but I think you would want to know how your food is being represented. I ordered my favorite, the Farmhouse Hash. Maybe I’m being picky but I’m only comparing it to the same meals I’ve had before, which were excellent. First, either Avocado’s have shrunk to the size of a Kumquat or the cook could care less about what this meal would taste like. I got 4 pieces of avocado about an inch big. And they still had the peel on them. Second, I ordered Sour Dough as opposed to wheat because of nutrition guidelines I have to keep. I got wheat anyway, which was very tempting. My eggs were fried, not basted. I got cheddar cheese instead of goat cheese. We also received smucker’s packets instead of the home made jam, that we expected. So it just boils down to the quality for the price. I basically paid $30 for my meal. I don’t mind paying restaurant prices but I also expect better than fast-food. One more thing I would like your business to think about. I am a disabled, immune-compromised customer. I order delivery more than the average customer for health reasons. I don’t appreciate the lack of consideration from your kitchen staff. Just because I’m not there to ask the server to correct my order, does not mean it’s ok to slack off on your duties. It more than likely was oversight but still, I felt you needed to know what was going on. I do hesitate now, to order from First Watch. I’m just not sure I’ll get what I expect.“

“Came here for the first time today with friends and there were 4 kids with us, ages ranging between 4-9. The owner and staff were so unbelievably kind and good to us and our kids. It was such a great experience. The kids sat at the front counter looking at the jelly fish lights and talking to the staff who all were so wonderful to the kids. Even took them to play some of the games they had there at one point. Besides this, the food was absolutely delicious! This is definitely our new spot to come for great pizza!“
