“The vibe and atmosphere here are everything. Wow, this place really blew me away.

To begin, the manager seemed very hands-on, even helping the staff clear and set up a table for us. They also accommodated our request to sit by the window for the beautiful view, despite that area being shut down for the rest of the night, which I really appreciated. The entire staff was more than happy to accommodate anything we needed and was incredibly welcoming and attentive. Everything about this place just makes you feel at home.

And then you get to the food—and dang, it’s good. Just really solid homestyle cooking that’s plated and presented well. The portion sizes are generous for what you’re paying too, so you definitely feel like you’re getting your money’s worth.

They start you off with a complimentary vegetable soup, which was SO good, and I’m someone who would normally never spring for vegetable soup. I will say that some of the sides were lacking just slightly in flavor, but genuinely, a smidge of salt from the table got them right. The textures were more than acceptable too. For example, the mac and cheese was very cheesy, while the noodles were cooked well and still al dente.

And don’t even get me started on the rolls. They’re like a combination between bread and a biscuit, and I could come back just to eat a dozen of those.

I ordered the meatloaf, and the sauce was literally perfect. The texture and the ratio of everything in the meatloaf were truly an experience, especially considering meatloaf is my favorite dish. They absolutely did it justice.

Between the atmosphere, the hospitality, the view, the value, and the homestyle food, this place is definitely a must-try and absolutely worth the visit.“

“1st time eating here and kudos to the person that did my steak. If anyone knows me, they know I order my steak extra well done, burn it, literally. My steak was perfect the first time, did not have to send back to kitchen.

Our waitress, on the other hand, needs to find a new job that does not involve working directly with the public. She had an attitude from the time we were seated till we left. Never asked if we needed anything or wanted and refills or drinks to go.

Drunken Noodles were perfectly spiced at Medium. Not killer and had flavor! Yellow curry was thiccc but saucy! Perfect flavor for it and was surprisingly finished for the amount served! So good, definitely coming back🔥“

“We came here two days in a row for dinner. Food was surprisingly tasty! The place was small but it had soup, dishes, salads, deserts, fruits, almost everything you can think of. They even have a grill corner where you can customize dishes and let chef make it on the fly! Overall good food, friendly staff, inexpensive, best Chinese food we had around Pigeon Forge!!“

“It was our first time in Pigeon Forge. What a great vacation overall. We stumbled across Sunliner Diner and oh my goodness what a find. We grew up in the era of the diner's atmosphere. Fantastic decor and the music was right on point. The guests were even singing along OUTLOUD! We had Chris as our server and boy was he attentive. Nothing was missed. He even took time to talk to us personally with out jeopardizing his other customers. We were there 3 different days and meal times. All of them were great. “I can not put into words the experience we just had at this restaurant. I have had unbelievable meals in the past, but this is #1 on my list. From the time we arrived, atmosphere, staff, and food, I felt like a queen. Everything was timed perfectly. The food was exhilarating. I closed my eyes, and I could taste every ingredient involved. “We went there 1/10/2025 beautiful rainy day, the restaurant wasn’t packed. The atmosphere was nice, Cuban music, Cuban desserts and sodas at a glance. We were attended quickly, we got our cold drinks and the appetizers freshly made. The beef empanada and ham croquettes were amazing. Then we got the pork chunks and the shredded beef, the entrees come with white rice, beans, and your choice of tostones or maduros (no yuca that day). Finally we got a tres leches as dessert and cafesito (Cuban coffee). Overall we give it a 9 in our opinion, just because the shredded meat was a bit tough.“

“My wife and I had not attended a Pigeon Forge dinner show and decided to try Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud. The food was surprisingly good! Not because we expected bad food but because it is hard to serve quality food to that many people. Everything was great! Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, pulled bbq pork, creamy vegetable soup, slaw, corn on the cob, rolls, and two puddings (banana and oreo). Service was wonderful. We didn't want for anything and we were checked on regularly. The show was funny, entertaining, and well put together. There was a moment when a sound effect didn't sound as it should and the actors laughed and embraced the mistake. It was quite funny and they did a great job of getting through that moment.

I recommend the show for value, food quality, and overall entertainment. Will will say it is odd that you buy tickets online but have to wait in line to pick up a paper ticket. Seems that could be a bit more streamlined but there may be a reason for their process that I don't know about. Not at all a complaint but rather and observation.“

“We stopped in to grab some breakfast and ordered a few things off of the sides menu, the breakfast tacos and the beignets. My boyfriend who ordered the breakfast tacos was unaware that the mango salsa that came on them had tomatoes and onions in it. He has a food sensitivity to onions and while trying to pick through the tacos to get them all out a waiter noticed he was unhappy with his meal and pulled our waitress, Mariah (hopefully this is the right name as it was the only name on our receipt), to the side to have her check on us. My boyfriend didn't want to cause a big fuss but she insisted that his food be replaced with something he would be happier eating. He ended up ordering an omelet, which he said was delicious. Mariah was super sweet and definitely knows how to take care of her customers. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. Our favorite thing that we ordered was the beignets. They were delicious. The grits are also super good. Thank you to the staff who took care of us today! Sorry we didn't catch all of your names but you were all very much appreciated!“

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

And even though we had it delivered, it was HOT and FRESH and the hibachi chicken and veggies were fantastic and the s&s shrimp was crunchy and sooo good. “The food was really good chicken was perfectly brined. Sides were very good. The price was very fair especially being located within a theme park. Chicken sandwhich was a 7 out of 10. Fried chicken plate was perfect the gravy was not too salty and complemented the platter well 9.5 out of 10. The Fried pork plate was a little dry the bacon gravy helped alot and was tasty 7 out of 10. Wedge salad was fresh and worth the price 8 out of 10. The fried green tomatoes could have been be better. The balsamic vinegar used was a little overpowering. The mozzarella cheese was high quality and fresh.“

“I went to Dollywood last Tuesday. Stopped here for lunch. The burger was good. This is not a true restaurant but if you want a quick lunch then it’s a win. Burgers are good and fries were really good. Their menu is small but it’s a burger place. A lot of seating which is good. I definitely recommend this place“
