“The atmosphere was beautiful a 2 story farmhouse with great staff. The cinnamon roll is a must and 1 table could spilt as an appetizer. The home cooked biscuits are just like grandma's. All breakfast is locally grown and country cooked to perfection. Recommend for a good home cooked breakfast.“

“We’ve eaten at a LOT of Olive Gardens over the years, and every single one has given us a different experience — all depending on the server long before the food even hits the table.

Here in Pigeon Forge, we enjoyed an early lunch from the lunch menu, which is always our go‑to. We stuck with our usual — the schnitz/spag combo and a soup (because winter demands soup!) — and it delivered those reliable flavours we’ve grown to love.

The atmosphere was friendly and exactly what you expect from an Olive Garden: warm, steady, and familiar.

“It was our first time in Pigeon Forge. What a great vacation overall. We stumbled across Sunliner Diner and oh my goodness what a find. We grew up in the era of the diner's atmosphere. Fantastic decor and the music was right on point. The guests were even singing along OUTLOUD! We had Chris as our server and boy was he attentive. Nothing was missed. He even took time to talk to us personally with out jeopardizing his other customers. We were there 3 different days and meal times. All of them were great. “I can not put into words the experience we just had at this restaurant. I have had unbelievable meals in the past, but this is #1 on my list. From the time we arrived, atmosphere, staff, and food, I felt like a queen. Everything was timed perfectly. The food was exhilarating. I closed my eyes, and I could taste every ingredient involved. If you ever come down to Gatlinburg, I 100 % recommend visiting. It's totally worth the money!“

“We went there 1/10/2025 beautiful rainy day, the restaurant wasn’t packed. The atmosphere was nice, Cuban music, Cuban desserts and sodas at a glance. We were attended quickly, we got our cold drinks and the appetizers freshly made. The beef empanada and ham croquettes were amazing. Then we got the pork chunks and the shredded beef, the entrees come with white rice, beans, and your choice of tostones or maduros (no yuca that day). Finally we got a tres leches as dessert and cafesito (Cuban coffee). Overall we give it a 9 in our opinion, just because the shredded meat was a bit tough.“

“We had a great time at Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud! Since it's owned by the same company as Pirates Voyage, and Dolly Stampede, there were some similarities in the meal, including the creamy vegetable soup and chicken. The soup was excellent, and while the food was generally similar, we thought the meal here was better overall. The roll was much better than the biscuit, and the BBQ pulled pork was a huge improvement over the single slice of ham. Most importantly, I left feeling full after dinner instead of looking for a snack later.

One of the highlights was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and it was fun getting to know some of them before the show and then seeing them perform later on. The show itself was funny, entertaining, and had great crowd participation that kept everyone involved.

The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the floors throughout the venue were noticeably sticky. I'm not sure whether it was from the cleaning products being used or from spilled drinks, but it was something we noticed as soon as we walked in and throughout our visit.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend Hatfield & McCoy to anyone looking for a fun dinner show in Pigeon Forge.“

“We stopped in to grab some breakfast and ordered a few things off of the sides menu, the breakfast tacos and the beignets. My boyfriend who ordered the breakfast tacos was unaware that the mango salsa that came on them had tomatoes and onions in it. He has a food sensitivity to onions and while trying to pick through the tacos to get them all out a waiter noticed he was unhappy with his meal and pulled our waitress, Mariah (hopefully this is the right name as it was the only name on our receipt), to the side to have her check on us. My boyfriend didn't want to cause a big fuss but she insisted that his food be replaced with something he would be happier eating. He ended up ordering an omelet, which he said was delicious. Mariah was super sweet and definitely knows how to take care of her customers. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. Our favorite thing that we ordered was the beignets. They were delicious. The grits are also super good. Thank you to the staff who took care of us today! Sorry we didn't catch all of your names but you were all very much appreciated!“

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

“We are visiting PF, and I was craving some chinese. This place did NOT disappoint! And even though we had it delivered, it was HOT and FRESH and the hibachi chicken and veggies were fantastic and the s&s shrimp was crunchy and sooo good. Not to mention our delivery driver was phenomenal, he caught an error I made in the address but saved the day! Things like that won’t be forgotten. This place is definitely worth a visit!“

“This is the only safe, vegan option in the park. Vegan item(s) rotate. Two items as of 4/26: “vegan steak” which is a BBQ flavored jackfruit on puréed sweet potato or vegan hot dog. “The food and service is excellent. They would get 5 stars except for that the salsa is loaded with onion. Not everyone likes raw onion if fact I hate it. If Jose really wanted to please the masses there would be some salsa available without onion. It wouldn't be that difficult.
