“The atmosphere and service was wonderful. The food was pretty good, however the cinnamon roll had a little too much frosting for us. If you’re not a big fan of frosting I would recommend you ask for a little and maybe get some on the side. It also isn’t what you except for a frosting. Chicken and waffles were good and the chicken fried steak was just ok might have been just a little over cooked.“

“Service was a bit slow but they were busy and our server had a lot of tables. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was appropriate in a packed restaurant with tall ceilings and concrete floors. The wait time was less than what we were told by hostess. Order the ribeye, it was wonderful as was the salad!!“

“We came here two days in a row for dinner. Food was surprisingly tasty! The place was small but it had soup, dishes, salads, deserts, fruits, almost everything you can think of. They even have a grill corner where you can customize dishes and let chef make it on the fly! Overall good food, friendly staff, inexpensive, best Chinese food we had around Pigeon Forge!!“

“It was our first time in Pigeon Forge. What a great vacation overall. We stumbled across Sunliner Diner and oh my goodness what a find. We grew up in the era of the diner's atmosphere. Fantastic decor and the music was right on point. The guests were even singing along OUTLOUD! We had Chris as our server and boy was he attentive. Nothing was missed. He even took time to talk to us personally with out jeopardizing his other customers. We were there 3 different days and meal times. All of them were great. “Absolutely amazing! Our group of 10 had burgers, chicken sandwiches, mini corn dogs, fries, sweet potato fries, onion rings and a salad. The sign on the door asks for patience due to employee training, the time was actually super short! The food was fresh and delicious. Seriously the best burger I’ve ever ate and those crunchy onion rings are to out of this world. All of the employees were super nice. 10/10 recommend!“

“I can not put into words the experience we just had at this restaurant. I have had unbelievable meals in the past, but this is #1 on my list. From the time we arrived, atmosphere, staff, and food, I felt like a queen. Everything was timed perfectly. The food was exhilarating. I closed my eyes, and I could taste every ingredient involved. “We went there 1/10/2025 beautiful rainy day, the restaurant wasn’t packed. The atmosphere was nice, Cuban music, Cuban desserts and sodas at a glance. We were attended quickly, we got our cold drinks and the appetizers freshly made. The beef empanada and ham croquettes were amazing. Then we got the pork chunks and the shredded beef, the entrees come with white rice, beans, and your choice of tostones or maduros (no yuca that day). Finally we got a tres leches as dessert and cafesito (Cuban coffee). Overall we give it a 9 in our opinion, just because the shredded meat was a bit tough.“

“My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.“

“We stopped in to grab some breakfast and ordered a few things off of the sides menu, the breakfast tacos and the beignets. My boyfriend who ordered the breakfast tacos was unaware that the mango salsa that came on them had tomatoes and onions in it. He has a food sensitivity to onions and while trying to pick through the tacos to get them all out a waiter noticed he was unhappy with his meal and pulled our waitress, Mariah (hopefully this is the right name as it was the only name on our receipt), to the side to have her check on us. My boyfriend didn't want to cause a big fuss but she insisted that his food be replaced with something he would be happier eating. He ended up ordering an omelet, which he said was delicious. Mariah was super sweet and definitely knows how to take care of her customers. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. Our favorite thing that we ordered was the beignets. They were delicious. The grits are also super good. Thank you to the staff who took care of us today! Sorry we didn't catch all of your names but you were all very much appreciated!“

And even though we had it delivered, it was HOT and FRESH and the hibachi chicken and veggies were fantastic and the s&s shrimp was crunchy and sooo good. “The food was really good chicken was perfectly brined. Sides were very good. The price was very fair especially being located within a theme park. Chicken sandwhich was a 7 out of 10. Fried chicken plate was perfect the gravy was not too salty and complemented the platter well 9.5 out of 10. The Fried pork plate was a little dry the bacon gravy helped alot and was tasty 7 out of 10. Wedge salad was fresh and worth the price 8 out of 10. The fried green tomatoes could have been be better. The balsamic vinegar used was a little overpowering. The mozzarella cheese was high quality and fresh.“
