“On our last night of traveling in TN, we stopped here on a whim for dinner. We had no idea of the menu or dining structure but my son wanted steak. Holy he$$ the amount of food! It wasn't the cheapest dining option at 50-60pp, but everything was decent and the price for quantity and variety made this comparatively cheap. The salad bar was a decent mix, the meats were consistent, and the service and attentiveness was solid.“
“This place is a favorite. Always great food. Good local discount (15%). Been here 10x. Locally owned by great family. There is another Alamo in Gatlinburg. Same menu. The 1 pound steak burger ($19) is really good. Never finished it YET.Vegetarian options: Order large selection of sides option.Parking: Parking gets tight on weekends. You can park across the street at Mama's Kitchen. Same local owner. If lot is full you can park in the 2 unused charging spots next to the restaurant. (see sign)Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu. For "Little Wranglers" and for "Hungry Wranglers".Wheelchair accessibility: Yep, it is! Looking at one now. There is extra room around most tables.“
“We had a reservation and just had to wait 10-15 mins past our time but the manager was very kind and apologetic. He offered us free desserts to make up for the wait. The steak and salad bar were amazing and well worth the wait. You definitely need to come here for dinner.“
“This was the best dining experience we've had in a very long time. Ancuta is the epitome of excellent service. The Spinache dip was delightful, the French Onion soup was incredible, and not to mention the Bloody Mary was probably the best I've ever had. We ordered the Steak for Two. They actually let the flavor of the beef carry the dish. There's not a lot of unnecessary seasoning because it is exceptional quality beef. If you're debating where to dine while in Gatlinburg, go to Howards. It will totally be worth it.“
“Even though it was extremely crowded we had a 20 minute wait I got to say my half a rack of ribs was juicy and tender the barbecue sauce was a little vinegary for me but the sweet potato was off the chain I would highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse friendly service just expect a wait“
“I recently had the pleasure of experiencing amazing service at Cherokee Grill thanks to our server and bartender, Brandi. From the moment we arrived, Brandi was incredibly polite, quick, and efficient, ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. What truly stood out was when the manager also took the time to swing by our table to check on us, highlighting the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. My boyfriend, who hails from California, and I, a proud Texan, were both blown away by the level of customer service we received. It's safe to say that we'll be making a point to visit Tennessee whenever we're craving top-tier customer service like what we experienced at Cherokee Grill. Kudos to Brandi, the manager, and the entire team for making our visit a memorable one.“
“My wife and I came down from Medway Ohio with my in-laws and our pups for our 18th wedding anniversary. We are staying Little Valley Mountain Resort and asked where to eat for dinner and your restaurant came highly recommend. We came in at 4 for dinner and was sat within 15 mins, waited on for drink 2 mins after and our waiter took our dinner order and food came out really quick and hot for such a huge restaurant with such a big crowd. My wife had the 12oz Ribeye with a baked potato and a salad, my mother in-law had spaghetti and meatballs, my father in-law had the a the Deluxe Burger and I had the Pit Master Nachos. I actually took two large carryout containers back to the cabin with me for the drive home to Ohio tomorrow.Food and service and atmosphere was awesome. Definitely coming back to see you when we return for our 19th anniversary. Thank you guys so much and God bless you all.“
“Server CheyenneWe had a party of 7 that included 2 children. We were greeted and sat in a timely manner. Our server took our drink order soon after and helped us with a wide selection of beverages and even grabbed another menu to show us the cocktails we were interested in. We received 4 cocktails and an appetizer of cocktail shrimp. Which were large, well seasoned, and delicious. We got our food soon after. We ordered a couple prime rib sandwiches, a couple sides of sweet potatoes and a baked potato. We got the pork chops, broccoli, a kids 5 oz sirloin, fries, and a steak burger. Everything was cooked to perfection. We had a wide array of food that was all so yummy. We ate almost everything leaving only the children’s food to box up. We left very full and happy. If we were to visit Tennessee again this would be the first stop we would go to eat!“
“We're locals & know it's a struggle to find any restaurant in town that isn't a tourist trap. This Longhorn location consistently has great food with excellent, friendly service. Every. Time. I realize it's a national chain, but trust me when I say most of these other places in town are a mess.“
“We were celebrating our 33rd wedding anniversary and decided to give it a try. Such a unique restaurant with the water flowing over the tin roof and splashing down into the pond filled with Koi fish. The prime rib was delishly smoked and the sweet potato fries are amazing but when dipped into whipped cream, the of over the top. Almost a funnel cake flavor. The burger was the best we have ever had and the ribeye's flavor was superb. Loved the Pina colodas and the lemon drop martini.“
“My wife and I stopped while on vacation. What a great find! We shared a burger, paid $6 for an extra plate and both left stuffed. Buffet is very well stocked - potatos, sweet potatoes, salads, soups, Brownies- excellent, Eastland was our server - excellent, couldn't have been better. Even a free brownie to go! Don't miss this place!“
“The staff went above and beyond!! Being it was Easter, we decided to do a togo order instead of dining in, assuming it would be busy. It was also my birthday and labeling each food order with a family members name, I labeled mine "birthday girl". Our food was ready within the time frame for pick up and when it was brought out "happy bday" was written on our drink carry, a scoop of ice cream in the bag, and a card. Yall truly made my day and didn't even know it“
“Our waitress was a young lady named Sierra....she was superb at her job! The food was excellent and she was very tentative to our needs. She didn't forget not one thing that we requested while dining there! Will definitely return and if possible request that young lady as a waitress!“
