“We went tonight for my mom’s birthday and our Waitress, Jen, was absolutely AMAZING!!! She interacted with all of us so well and cut up and chatted with us and we never had to “want” for anything. She already got it haha the drinks were never empty and we never had to ask for sauce or Anything! And the food was perfect as usual. But her personality and hospitality was literally the best. she so deserves to be recognized! We loved her!“

“Very difficult to find a good chicken-fired steak. I was hoping Holsten's might be the one. Their CFS was tender and hot when served. In summary, the best I have had in literally years. In fact, it was so good, I passed on dessert, and ordered a second CFS instead. Kitchen did a great job, and the meal was reasonably priced. I have paid a more for a lot less in the past.“

Her personality was outstanding. In today’s world, it’s becoming harder and harder to find service staff who truly elevate the experience and make going out to dinner feel worth it. Soteria absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was attentive, personable, professional, and genuinely cared about our experience from start to finish.

She made the entire meal enjoyable, welcoming, and memorable. Customer service like hers is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. I truly hope this company understands the value she brings and provides her opportunities for growth—because based on her skills alone, she could easily be in a leadership or management role.

“Matt was our server today. We normally come for lunch when my husband can get away for his lunch break. Love the lunch menu. I finally tried the voodoo tacos and they were awesome. Next time I’ll ask for extra cilantro like Matt suggested. The bread is always amazing. The service is always wonderful. Great food great service.“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND Have no respect for customers. Just FYI when your payment is pending with them it's not considered paid to them. If a card is declined, it will not show a pending payment for what was so called declined. So was literally held hostage showing them the payment posted on my phone while they were telling me it was declined. Had to get cops involved in the end just so we could leave.“
