Immediately upon entering, my boyfriend and I received a warm southern welcome. The people in Tennessee are so very friendly.We were promptly seated. My server was extremely friendly and attentive. Great customer service!!! I thought I went to waffle house not Karen's diner. I went there last night and had a great experience. The employee that served us gave us a view point about working there when she complained about her job not letting her take the night off. Also one of the employees refused to clean some of the other empty dirty tables around us because she said her chest area would get in the way of people.
