I have eaten at plenty of Waffle House's before, and the food at this location was ice cold. The waitress did make it right, but I wouldn't have complained at all if the food had been hot to begin with.

I guess this waffle house has a thing for certain races. Basically looked over me and my family when we came here to eat. Served the next 2 people and didn't even offer us a drink until we asked do you not see us. I served my country only to still be treated like a N. SMH.

Immediately upon entering, my boyfriend and I received a warm southern welcome. The people in Tennessee are so very friendly.We were promptly seated. My server was extremely friendly and attentive. She gave us great tips when it came to the area.Waffle House Pigeon Forge is not real big. There are some booths for seating and some counter seating. You can see all the food being made behind the counter.My server brought me a Fresh Hot Cup of Coffee and a Water with Lemon. My bf ordered an Ice Tea.For our breakfast we both ordered A WAFFLE With SIDE MEAT- 2 Eggs over easy with Toast & Jelly; I chose Grits and a Waffle with 2 sausage patties. My bf ordered the same thing except he chose their Smithfield Ham.Everything was delicious especially their waffles which are a must. They were light and fluffy and had a wonderful taste to it. A cute touch was the Waffle House emblem on the Waffle. I also enjoyed their grits which came with lots of butter, what a treat for a northern girl. We both really enjoy our breakfast. ( it is a lot of food.) I chose to eat a little of everything. They have plenty of free parking in their lot along with some handicapped parking. This place is wheelchair accessible.Waffle House is open 24 hours.Their prices are reasonable.If you get a chance to experience a Waffle House I highly recommend it.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few handicap spots, and this place is wheelchair accessible

Great customer service!!! I thought I went to waffle house not Karen's diner. I went there last night and had a great experience. The employee that served us gave us a view point about working there when she complained about her job not letting her take the night off. Also one of the employees refused to clean some of the other empty dirty tables around us because she said her chest area would get in the way of people.
