About Cracker Barrel

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store provides a pleasant dining experience with attentive and friendly service. The menu includes classic American dishes such as eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns, which many customers enjoy. The Parkway Pigeon Forge location is particularly praised, with one customer noting the broccoli cheddar chicken as tender, cheesy, and flavorful, especially with fresh biscuits and cornbread on the side. While breakfast is often served quickly and is very good, some guests have mentioned that the prices can be higher compared to the portion sizes. There are mixed reviews about specific items; for instance, the gravy for the gravy and biscuits did not meet expectations, and the sweet tea lacked sweetness.

The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with ramps and plenty of handicap parking available. It is also known to be kid-friendly, offering crayons and plenty of coloring options. There have been reports of slow service, with some customers experiencing long waits for their meals and issues with order accuracy. However, many still appreciate the overall experience at Cracker Barrel, with some expressing gratitude for the excellent service. Manager Jeremy was noted for checking on guests to ensure everything was perfect. Despite some concerns, Cracker Barrel remains a favorite for its cozy atmosphere and good food, making every visit feel special.
