Advertised that they close at 9:30pm, but we entered at 8pm and there is no food outside, the entire staff is cleaning the place instead of cooking the food and by now we've been waiting almost 20 minutes for a individual size pizza and I could see it was thrown in the over about 5 minutes ago. The redhead girl who is in charge of the cashier was extremely attentive and the food was good as well.
Nice location to grab a snack before you go on the Dollywood Express train ride or just a stop before walking around the park. We ordered the Klondike Katie pizza flatbread, pretzel garlic bread sticks ( not available) , and had our Dollywood mug free refill for the day then supposed to be $1.99 refills next time you bring it to the park. The staff isn’t overly service oriented when it comes to filling the ice in the fountain or when ringing us up but we LOVE the flatbread pizza. And the pretzel breadsticks with cheese sauce are pretty good, too. We haven’t tried the little personal sized thick crust pizza but our nephew liked the pepperoni pizza. I say give this restaurant in Dollywood a try. It’s across from the train depot.
