Midway Concessions

If you don’t spend the extra $60-$100 for timesavers and want to actually ride…don’t go. The park is beautiful and the staff is top notch…just not a beautiful experience spending 8 hours to ride 2 coasters.

The day started out great. We arrived just before 9:15 and were able to ride 4 roller coaster within the first hour. Then it seemed like floodgates opened and the park was not equipped to handle the sheer amount of people (despite knowing exactly how many tickets they sold). Rides were a minimum of 60 minute waits, lines for rides stopped so that they could add more carts to the run (instead of operating them that way from the beginning), food stands were completely selling out...read full review

i dont recommend heartsong. our first stayed was 3/12 to 3/14. Us 3 ladies arrived at the front. Bellman completely ignored us even when we dropped our bags. He was too busy on his phone. Check out, same thing, except this time the bellman gave a smirk like he got away with it and refused to help.
Got back out the truck, and went to address the behavior with management. All they did was offer an apology that it wouldn't happen again. I called 2 weeks later to book reservation,...read full review
