“Had a wonderful breakfast meal here today (takeout). Breakfast food is my favorite, and this place did not disappoint but excelled! Spot on homemade biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, sausage, and very tasty hash brown casserole. I definitely will return!“
“Took my husband here for dinner for the first time yesterday and he LOVED it! I've had take out here before and never been disappointed so we had a spontaneous dinner date last night and I knew he'd love it as well. Staff is so kind and friendly. Emma was our waitress and projected true southern charm, which we love. My hubby had the pot roast dinner and said it was amazing. I'm a salad girl, which I love their Caesar, and a side of their sweet potato casserole which is the best I've ever had (including homemade from grandma! Shh!). If you've never been here it's a must to give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Staff is awesome!“
“Fast and Friendly service. The place was busy which is a great sign of a local restaurant. Food was phenomenal. I ordered 40 boneless wings, 10 fingers, large fries, and potato salad to go. Everyone was happy with their food. The front counter workers were awesome and were very efficient in service and ordering. For my sauces we got: TN White Sauce, Honey Habanero, Spicy BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Medium Hot, and Plain for the wife. Portion size was way above average and everyone was full and satisfied. Can't wait to come back again and support a local business. Great Job Craven Wings in Seymour, TN.“
“This is the best Waffle House I have ever been to. The staff have a great energy and work together so well. They speak to everyone that walks into the door. Food is always on par.If you get a chance to go in on a Saturday morning football game day it’s a treat to be in that atmosphere!“
“Our family had a great dinner tonight! My meatloaf sandwich with the sidewinder fries was excellent. Everyone in our group loved their entrees. I also really enjoyed the apple muffins they brought to the table. We had very attentive and friendly service by Kade, Desire, and Bethany. Our drinks stayed filled up and we were checked on several times during our meal. We all agreed we’ll be back again soon. Thanks, 1783 Eatery for a fantastic meal!“
“Service at 71 South was excellent, but the food could be better especially for vegan guests. The cauliflower steak had a charred outside, yet the inside was undercooked and hard, with minimal steak sauce. Vegan options rely on seasoning, and while I appreciate the offerings, I suggest boiling, searing the cauliflower or baking until soft, and enhancing it with plenty of seasoning and sauce. I'd consider returning for that improved preparation or additional vegan options. We want a good experience too! Thank you.“
“After reading their reviews, we decided to try the Snoring Bear Diner for lunch. We were not disappointed! We sat outside, the servers were pleasant and attentive, and the food great. No complaints about the bistro burger, chicken Philly, or Hawaiian tacos. Even the fried okra was yummy. I brought a piece of the lemon blueberry cheesecake home. The piece is huge! I'll be enjoying it for days! The Snoring Bear is a great find!“
“I've been going here since the early 80's. Absolutely LOVE this little gem and so happy that they are still going strong. Still looks the same but that's part of its charm...takes us back to the good 'ol days. The Vols Bacon Cheeseburger is a must try along with their fried catfish (excellent tartar sauce and hush puppies too) and breakfast items. Our favorite sides would be fried okra/tomatoes, coleslaw, tater tots, fries, & pinto beans. Meatloaf is pretty good.. just a little too sweet for me. I need to try more, but it's so hard to not order the BEST burger or Catfish in town. ?“
“Nice little mom an pop restaurant the food is really good the service is awesome an the portions are definitely worth the money. An the people that come in here are great as well. It's just a great place to eat. an the culture of it just reminds you of how it should be without all the hustle an bustle of fast food. You won't meet a stranger in here!! Don't take my word for it. Try it yourself!! Your going to love it!!Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is just a great place to take your family“
“Such a great place with great food and amazing servers! We are regulars here and the food and entertainment is always amazing! Nessa is the best server and is Shay’s so polite, helpful, and is really really good at her job! We will always come back!“
“After driving by for a couple of years the wife and I finally stopped in for lunch. Our only regret was waiting so long to try this place. The food was outstanding. My wife is GF and they have some options for her. The bartender lady was so friendly and helpful (sorry we did not catch your name but we went about 2:00pm Sat April 6th). My wife said the GF bread on her sandwich was the beast she's ever had.I would highly recommend you try this little gem out. Great food, and even better service!“
“After plans to visit Smash City continued to fall through, I finally made it for the first time Friday afternoon. I came by at 2 something so it was an odd time and no one else was there. Let me start by saying that the double fried fries here are THE BEST I’ve ever had! I’ve lived on both coasts and now the Knox area, am a chubby MF’er who loves the best burgers and fries in the world and look folks, this is the spot! Seriously folks, when I had the fries and the smash burger here, I was trying to contain the unicorns and rainbows flying from every orifice! Definitely the BEST “smash” style burger too! Even the syrup mixture on the soda machine for the root beer was turned up to “painfully sweet”. Absolutely perfect!!! I WILL be back assuming the stent and quad bypass are successful. Lol (knock on wood). Don’t forget to bring change for the meters during the week!“
“This was our 2nd time at BM and it did not disappoint. Our favorite activity was making baskets with Annie, who was a great teacher. We also enjoyed wine & cheese tasting with Cara (so knowledgeable), whiskey tasting with Callum (relayed fascinating stories & made the history interesting), and mixology with Kendal (so down to earth & personalized it for us since it was just the 2 of us). We ate at Three Sisters 3 nights and the Firetower once and the rotating menu items keep you from getting the same thing twice. We tried the Valley pool once, but if you didn't bring your own kids, you'll want to stick to the Lodge pool which has an amazing view and is quieter and with great service by Nate. Shout-outs also to RJ, Zane, Bryson, and Dwayne for making us feel at home. The only negatives were that the pillows are a bit flat and the mattresses are soft so we both had backaches the first couple of mornings, and the charges for the activities end up being more than listed by $50-150 for some reason (taxes or service charges I assume, TBH we didn't ask). Important to know, but you understand when you book here that you're going to spend big bucks, and we found that the service and the mountain experience were worth it.“
“Highly, highly recommend it!!! My husband and I, along with two friends, found this food truck parked in front of Tri-Hop (excellent brewery) last week. We arrived late, the owner of the food truck was getting ready to leave; however, when we expressed our interest in placing an order, he kindly waited for us. He is extremely polite, respectful, and friendly, and shows how much he appreciates his customers! The food was equally impressive! My husband and I had the Billy Cheesesteaks - they (including the sides) were absolutely delicious! Our friends got the spicy humus (habanera humninus) with chips and the cajun chicken and we were all licking our fingers by the time we wolfed down our meal. The dishes 'screamed' of fresh ingredients and well thought out planning. Absolutely delicious - we will become frequent flyers, and encourage you all to try it, as you will surely love it!“
“I don't have a lot of experience with Waffle House, being from the north, however, I've been here twice now and love it. The throw back feel is lovely, the hustle and bustle, the simple menu, the waffles. It isn't high class food because it's not meant to be- it is simple and comforting, exactly what I would expect.“
“We have used Brown Bag Catering for our company meeting 3 times and will continue to do so in the future. The food is always phenomenal and outstanding customer service! They deliver the food and set it up with everything needed, including chaffing dishes, service ware, and utensils. Brown Bag makes hosting lunch effortless and stress-free!“
“I work downtown and am always searching for a good lunch deal. A coworker recommended this spot! For $10 (+ $2 tip) I got a large turkey sandwich and a cup of vegan chili (soup of the day). The chili is very flavorful, especially to be vegan! The sandwich is nothing too special, but the value is hard to beat. The combo also comes with a side- I chose fruit. I’ll have to come back to dine in. The staff was very kind, and the atmosphere was cozy and old-world feeling. I loved the large oil painting behind the bar. Overall a really great spot.“
“Food is good. I eat here often since I work in the building. The new paper containers are awful though. They break down when moist food is placed in them so you end up eating bits of paper container along with your food. I stopped ordering omelettes because of this issue. The oil/butter on the eggs turns the container to mush. I understand wanting to be earth friendly but, maybe there is another alternative.“
“Always a good place to eat at. Very friendly staff. Service is great. If you ask for something extra about your order, like not overly cooked French fries, you can get that. Great Buffalo chicken sandwich. Either grilled (the way I get) or deep fried. They also have great sweet tea!!!!“
