“Look the bartender who worked Easter dont play. Best drink I've ever had. Tried to order 2nd long island ice tea and could handle it. She insisted on refunding 2nd order in which I vehemently refused but she did anyway. Will be returning when im back in Knoxville.“

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

“My husband & I moved up to Powell from Orlando in April. We really miss our old Smash Burger place, Cow and Cheese, so 7/4 we spent part of our day at the Mall and tried BR. He had a double jalapeño burger and I got a double mushroom & swiss. Absolutely delicious! We ended up going again today, 7/6 and added Bacon Cheese Ranch fries. Also excellent. They make everything to order but it comes out pretty quickly. We both highly recommend everyone try them. We will be back. They serve Coke products along with 2-3 different fruity beverages.“

We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney’s knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too?“

“This was our first time at Drake's and it's a BIG improvement over the previous restaurant in this space. Really good indoor/outdoor atmosphere with great drink and food menu. This is a GREAT alternative to waiting an hour for any restaurant at West Town Mall!“

The kale salad was fantastic. I added tuna steak. It was cooked perfect, a bit salty. Wife got asian salad with chicken. We would both order the same dishes again. This is a great casual restaurant. One complaint- the dining room is carpeted, and A LOT of trash on the floor. Also trash around the wood floor at the host station. This was a Tuesday at 6,pm, they were busy but need to fix that.“

“First time going and I loved the scallop appetizer and the pork belly! I wanted the lamb and need to go back just for the lamb since they were out. I had the elk chops and they were good! I mainly ordered it for my husband since he couldn't decide between the two dishes and he enjoyed both! Im not a big meat eater but i did love the carrots and scallop potatoes! The service wasnt the best but wasnt the worse. He forgot to give my husbands friend his debit card back and forgot to add lemon to my water and give us utensils..so a little off. They were full but not crowded. Noisy but we can still hear ourselves talk. A little stuffy as the ventilation could have been better but overall I want to go back! Definitely to try the lamb!“

Jackson has Down Syndrome and is non verbal and loves sports, but isn’t able to play due to his extreme scoliosis - but he loves to watch golf and wanted his party there. I certainly didn’t expect the big sign with his name, a shirt his perfect size and card signed by everyone. You made his day extra special and this mom very happy someone went out of the way.
