“1/10/2026, #1 Best meal anywhere is always Longhorns Parm Crusted Chicken & their Mac & Cheese. I eat it twice a month and it’s so tongue flopping incredible! Saturday night was sold out packed but our server Michael was amazing. Just watching him handle all his tables at the same time with so much professionalism so great to see. First class server that should be sought after by Knoxville’s finest restaurants if you’re smart.“

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

“My husband & I moved up to Powell from Orlando in April. We really miss our old Smash Burger place, Cow and Cheese, so 7/4 we spent part of our day at the Mall and tried BR. He had a double jalapeño burger and I got a double mushroom & swiss. Absolutely delicious! We ended up going again today, 7/6 and added Bacon Cheese Ranch fries. Also excellent. They make everything to order but it comes out pretty quickly. We both highly recommend everyone try them. We will be back. They serve Coke products along with 2-3 different fruity beverages.“

“The entire staff was so welcoming. They gave friendly and helpful suggestions. The lemon chicken was juicy, flavorful and arrived at the perfect temperature. The presentation was great! The broccoli was so good it almost stole the show! My server Joe was excellent - offered dessert but I was too full to get any! Bathrooms were immaculate. I will be back again! I only wish they had one near my home!“

“We celebrated my daughter’s birthday in this place, we took an ice cream cake which we asked for a favor to be placed in the freezer and they made the mistake of placing it only in the refrigerator in which it melted, we were disappointed when sharing it with our guests. Fortunately, the manager was kind to apologize for the host’s mistake and bought us with slices of cake from the same restaurant.“

“We live in Knoxville Tn. and we were on our way to Panama City and decided to stop by Shoney‘s in Lenoir City Tn. for breakfast. We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. “My 9yo daughter wanted Double Dogs for her birthday. While they told me they don’t take reservations, they said they would do their best to prepare for us. We showed up with 30 people. They got us seated quickly with best accommodations that they could for a large party. The waitress and the manager took great care of us. We didn’t wait long for food or anything. (I will say we picked a Sunday night to avoid some of the crowd). We’ve went plenty of places with this big crowd, but the experience this time at DD was one of the best!“

We're always on the lookout for great spots to eat, and this place did not disappoint. While there was a bit of a wait from ordering to getting our food, we weren’t in a rush—and it was absolutely worth it. My wife did also make the comment that she read that everything here was cooked fresh from ordering. Our server was friendly, attentive, and gave us fantastic recommendations after asking a few thoughtful questions. We ended up loving everything we ordered. As we were eating, we overheard another customer commenting on how good the food was and how busy it had been earlier—it was around 2-3 p.m., so we figured the staff was catching their breath after the lunch rush. We’ll be back in town next week, and we’re definitely coming back here! I signed the check and left it at the table, as we had to hit the road back to Ooltewah and didn’t get the chance to properly thank our server. She was excellent, and we truly appreciated her service. We hope to see her again when we're back next week.“

Our server, Andrew, provided great service and was very accommodating. Scallops prepared perfectly, filet was delicious, everything was great. Elk was prepared perfectly and lamb shank was fall off the bone. Our foodie out-of-town guests said they will be back! As will we...yum...!“
