“Look the bartender who worked Easter dont play. Best drink I've ever had. Tried to order 2nd long island ice tea and could handle it. She insisted on refunding 2nd order in which I vehemently refused but she did anyway. Will be returning when im back in Knoxville.“

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

“Our first visit for dinner won’t be the last! We ordered steak and burgers and were very very satisfied-great quality food! Charity, the manager, and Lily, our waitress, went above and beyond to provide amazing service. It was obvious that that is the standard to which they do business. We were very impressed and will definitely be back!“

“We had a large party with us. Our server was wonderful I believe his name was Travis. He was fabulous. I’ve never been taken such good care of. This was at the Lenoir City, Tn Cracker Barrel. Warm friendly people that work there.“

“Loved everything we tried!! Workers were so nice! Onion rings were perfect. Burger piled high with crispy bacon (and hamburger had great flavor). Milkshake was amazing. Many great flavors to choose from. What in the fluffy soft world was that hot dog bun?! I need it for a pillow. I want to try all their hot dog combinations. Wish we lived closer!!“

“My husband & I moved up to Powell from Orlando in April. We really miss our old Smash Burger place, Cow and Cheese, so 7/4 we spent part of our day at the Mall and tried BR. He had a double jalapeño burger and I got a double mushroom & swiss. Absolutely delicious! We ended up going again today, 7/6 and added Bacon Cheese Ranch fries. Also excellent. They make everything to order but it comes out pretty quickly. We both highly recommend everyone try them. We will be back. They serve Coke products along with 2-3 different fruity beverages.“

“Stopped in to Aubrey's while staying one night in oak ridge. Host staff was average. Our server was excellent. We both got entree salads. Portions were large and ingredients were fresh. The kale salad was fantastic. I added tuna steak. It was cooked perfect, a bit salty. Wife got asian salad with chicken. We would both order the same dishes again. This is a great casual restaurant. One complaint- the dining room is carpeted, and A LOT of trash on the floor. Also trash around the wood floor at the host station. This was a Tuesday at 6,pm, they were busy but need to fix that.“

“This is going to sound odd, but it could’ve been a bad experience. I think we came at shift change for the kitchen because our food took so long that we had to leave. We paid early so we could leave quickly. We weren’t upset, but our server (Hunter) was very apologetic. He sent the manager out who offered us a gift card for our next visit since we already paid and sent our food out in boxes so we could leave. Stuff happens but they were on top of making it right. That’s what matters. We’ll be happy to come back. Food was delicious by the way!“

“We live in Knoxville Tn. and we were on our way to Panama City and decided to stop by Shoney‘s in Lenoir City Tn. for breakfast. We had never been there before but the moment we walked in a lady seated us and she made us feel like she had known us forever. We didn’t know her before we went in but later found out her name was Denise. After seating us she was also our waitress. It did not take us long to see how much she loved her job by the way she served people. Not just us but everyone we saw come in the door she greeted with a smile and joy. She was such a huge blessing to us first thing this morning. We hope Shoney’s knows how valuable she is to their company. A genuine person with a sweet, sweet spirit. The food was good too?“

“We went to Aubrey’s twice in one weekend. I’m still dreaming about my Cranberry Chicken Salad, but then I had the really yummy Chicken Salad Club. I would have both again. We didn’t have a wait, but we went at just the right time. There seems to be no way to make a reservation or call ahead. The place can get a little noisy and hard to hear each other but we had excellent service and time with friends!“

“Thank you for going out of your way to help celebrate my special son’s 31st birthday. Jackson has Down Syndrome and is non verbal and loves sports, but isn’t able to play due to his extreme scoliosis - but he loves to watch golf and wanted his party there. I certainly didn’t expect the big sign with his name, a shirt his perfect size and card signed by everyone. You made his day extra special and this mom very happy someone went out of the way. Thank you so much!!“
