This is going to sound odd, but it could’ve been a bad experience. I think we came at shift change for the kitchen because our food took so long that we had to leave. We paid early so we could leave quickly. We weren’t upset, but our server (Hunter) was very apologetic. He sent the manager out who offered us a gift card for our next visit since we already paid and sent our food out in boxes so we could leave. Stuff happens but they were on top of making it right.
