I called my order in and they weren't busy said it would be 15 minutes and it was ready when I arrived. Food was hot and correct, we love Hibachi Factory, I wish they were more then one location.
I have had the privilege of getting to eat at Hibachi Factory for at least the past 10 years. I usually get a chicken hibachi but have tried just about the whole menu. The kind gentleman who works the register is still there. Should I ever have an order that has a food allergy, the cook is very passionate about cleaning the grill and making that meal separate.

Food is always great, the teriyaki, shrimp/yum-yum sauce is top notch, their service is always great and they're always quick and friendly.
Considering the amount of resturants in the knoxvill area that don't have a good crew, subpar food, and no sense of urgancy, this is always a top pick for me.
As long as they're open I'll keep going
