“I have had the privilege of getting to eat at Hibachi Factory for at least the past 10 years. I usually get a chicken hibachi but have tried just about the whole menu. The kind gentleman who works the register is still there. Should I ever have an order that has a food allergy, the cook is very passionate about cleaning the grill and making that meal separate.

I remember maybe two times in all these years that they left a vegetable off that I had wanted- but it’s not bothered me because out of all the times I’ve ordered their food, it is usually correct and they are only human! And the food is always delicious.

I love how the food tastes and I love their sauce- I have never gotten a meal with any concerning tastes, smells, nor grill bits. I can tell how hard they work on the meals they prepare. They are the only place that I actually enjoy eating zucchini! The portions are also worth the money- I can get two or three meals out of a regular.

I will say that this is not a “sit down” restaurant. There are only a couple seats, so be sure to order to go. Additionally, if you order through their website you can even get rewards! I’ve always been treated kindly and respectfully by the staff and I hope that more people visit and give them a try- it’s absolutely worth it!“
