The dude that took my order was a rude person. I have lived in this area for 6 years. The guy working tonight is the closest thing to trash I have ever experienced. So rude so lazy. And dirty. The guy smelled like body Oder… x6. They completely messed up my $80 order. Then told me enjoy my nasty food. I threw it away. And made a sandwich. This guy shouldn’t be allowed to take the trash out. Much less answer the phone. The older man that usually works has respect and honor. This guy is trash

Unfortunately This place has fallen in quality. This is the third time in 2 months that we have ordered the sirloin and half of the pieces we thought were steak were actually just chunks of fat. In addition there are only a few good size chunks of steak and the rest of what is meat is tiny little bits. What's happening over there? They used to offer a good product every time, but not anymore.

Food quality was not good, and did not look or taste like hibachi. The food was drowning g in some sort of salty sauce. Definitely a take-out situation as seating is super limited. Overall pretty gross.

What the heck happened to this place?? The chicken and sauce tasted like I was licking a brown gravy packet, not teriyaki, and let's not forget the amount of salt. ? I think the moisture is being sucked out if my body through my throat. This place has changed and unfortunately not for the better. Not like it used to be.

I worked at Hibachi Factory (campus and Downtown West) from 2009-2012. Ate the food countless times. Gotten delivery a few times recently, it hasn’t changed one bit. Set your expectations appropriately and you won’t be disappointed.

Food was cold and old. No way would this be food safety approved. Decided to pickup instead of delivery because of the $5 delivery charge plus min 18% tip. Still not worth the $40! Do not buy the pork egg rolls.. ew.
