“New review This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but my family and I won’t be going back—and we can’t recommend it anymore. The last time my dad went in, the owner was surprisingly rude when my dad asked for a to-go order. We’ve done that before without any issue, but this time the owner shut it down in a way that felt really unnecessary. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt—maybe it was just a bad day. But today sealed it for us. My mom stopped by around 2:00 to ask a quick question. The sign said they were open (it clearly said they closed at 2:30), but the owner told her he’d forgotten to switch it off and lock the door. Instead of just letting her leave on her own, he physically put his hand on her back and ushered her out. Not a hard push, he was pushing some to speed her up, it was embarrassing for her—she’s 72, and even that kind of “ushering” can be dangerous if she trips or loses balance. She walks at a normal pace, not slow so it was just rude. Honestly, life happens—I get that people close early sometimes. But there’s no reason to be rude, and absolutely no reason to touch someone like that. Not okay, and not worth supporting anymore. - - - Old review I have been eating here since before 2020. It is an amazing hidden Gem restaurant with a great owner and staff. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is very comfortable. I would recommend 10 out of 10 if I could.“

“Went to the Farragut location today and will never be back. We had a 15 min wait which is odd, because they had plenty of empty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills or anything else. All of the food was cold, fries were tasteless and soggy. The crispy chicken sandwich had brown guacamole on it, there shouldn't of been an guacamole it on. Ordered the ensenada chicken platter. It was all sorts of wrong. We asked for coleslaw as a side. It was 2 pieces of sad looking burned chicken with fries and a side of coleslaw. Told the waitress that's isn't correct, not what it should be at all. She said well that's because I thought you said fries. she offered a side salad with tortilla strips. I said no I want what I ordered she said I will see what I can do. Then comes back with the wrong order AGAIN! This time no fries and a huge bowl of coleslaw and 2 pieces of burned chicken covered in ranch. I don't understand why we couldn't have what we ordered. Asked for a manager, she never showed up some guy from the kitchen did. We ended up paying only for the drinks and drove 35 mins back home to eat dinner 2 hours late. We can here to celebrate something and what a disaster. we will never be back.“

The gyro had me stuffed, but that first bite of baklava 🤤 so light, and crispy the perfect dessert to compliment the flavor profile. going to make this a regular stop.“

“A lot of fun! Attentive staff and good food. We loved the themed drinks and the pretzel bites with queso were great. The tokens are slightly less than average in terms of cost; we played 7 games for $5 in tokens, which is way better than places like Dave and Buster's.“

“My wife and I do not eat pizza often. Last night we decided to. We went to Dazzo's because of their reviews and hand tossed pizza. We dined in and had a great overall experience. Our BBQ chicken pizza was made in about ten minutes and it was delicious. We are looking forward to trying a pizza with their homemade red sauce next time. The gentlemen working there was also very friendly and inviting.“

“We're visiting Knoxville and were looking for a nice Italian meal. This place didn't disappoint. We were greeted by friendly staff and got a few suggestions. We started with cheesy bread, perfection! The dough was good with a nice chewiness, lots of cheese and garlic. I had a ham calozone and it was cooked perfectly, that great dough, real ricotta cheese and seasoning, a nice robust marina on the side. My husband had the tortellini with meat sauce and garlic bread. The pasta was the perfect. We both had the recommended tiramasu, this is the star of the show. I have never tasted such wonderful food. We each had a fountain drink and all together was only $50. Service was phenomenal. I'm sad to go home because I know I have nothing close to the quality of this place. Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We'll be heading there again tomorrow for lunch so we can have it one more time before leaving Knoxville.“

I typically get the shrimp tempura roll and chicken hibachi. The prices are great and I always have leftovers, which taste just as good heated up the next day!“

Even when I order takeout my food is always warm from the time I pick up and bring it home to eat! I recommend it to anyone wanting to eat some pastor tacos give them a try! Make sure to ask for extra lime for the tacos that’s the magic touch to punch it with more flavor mixed with how sweet the pineapple is that they use to go with the meat I appreciate that detail a lot cause the taste of the pineapple can make or break the flavor! “I do recommend Country Burrito. However…today I visited your Town Center location, and my experience wasn’t great. The food was fantastic, bathroom was very clean, atmosphere was nice, but it seems the hostess waited on us, and unfortunately she was not attentive to our table, kept forgetting us it seemed like. We didn’t even get a check back for a refill on our drinks until towards the end of the meal. Then, out of nowhere she straight up left work. We sat there for 30 minutes trying to flag down another waiter who was busy with what seemed like all the tables in there. I’m not sure they know, but staff shouldn’t leave work unless all of their tables are closed out. If our table was meant to be taken over by another server, we should have been told. There was no communication. I have never not tipped for service, but in this case there was literally no service. My only recommendation would be to have your front of house employees be more structured and responsible. Sadly, this also isn’t our first experience with something like this happening before, either. We may have to just get our food to go from now on. I’d hate to see the company fall under because of no service. Please do something about it.“

“My wife and I stopped in for a Valentines Day weekend dinner and were plesently blown away. The Appetizer, Salad, Steak, Stuffed Lobster, Sea Bass and desert were all some of the best we can recall. Our server was pleasant, answered all our many questions and our food came out quickly even tho the restaurant was very busy. We can’t wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu! 🤩“
