I had a great experience at Honey Baked Ham. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly. I visited the Sunday before the Thanksgiving day rush and was pleasantly surprised to see the store was already setup with stantions and signage to direct customers that prepaid or had pickup orders. The store was neat and appeared to be well managed. I observed a customer that was experiencing an issue while I was there, and they were promptly taken care of by the store owner and they left happy after his interaction. Hope this store continues to do well in this community.
