She checked on us once and we could barely tell her we needed something before she rushed off. I had asked for bread before our meal.We were traveling home from vacation and I was starving! Only to be told to wait until she had time. Very dissatisfied! As I was telling the manager about our experience, she then tried arguing with me. “Our first time & we were happy with it! The only thing I’ll say is… We about didn’t even go. Everywhere you look there’s mixed information about them being in business versus closed permanently. My Apple Maps & Yelp both said permanently closed. A quick google said open with hours being updated 2 months ago. Almost everything else pointed to them being out of business… The FB page doesn’t have any recent activity. There’s no reviews from this year. It’s easy to assume that maybe they closed their doors for good sometime between last summer to fall. Just saying, because I’m sure we can’t be the only ones that have (almost) skipped out on this place due to the above. Glad we didn’t! The outdoor setting in Jackson Square is cute & the kid loved the pigsss… getting ice cream is always a fun little activity. I’m sure we’ll return. Onlookers… THEY ARE OPEN! ♥️“

“We were visiting my daughter and family in Rockwood, TN. We wanted to take them out to dinner & they recommended Aubrey's in Oak Ridge, TN.

We arrived as a party of 6, we were warmly greeted & seated very quickly.

The server assigned to our table was Richard. He is most knowledgeable of the menu items, offered suggestions & was very patient with our indecisions. Kudos to Richard.

The menu was quite diverse, letting us each chose an entree that was great for our individual taste.

The food was excellent. It was served in a timely manner. Thank you to the chef & assistants.

We will definitely recommend Aubrey's to anyone we know who will be in Oak Ridge, TN.

The potato salad was also very very good. The only thing I could complain about is the price. 2 special hotdogs and two sides of Potato Salad was $18 and change which seems high to me, but with inflation I guess not too much.“

“The evening/ night crew on the weekends are the BEST! I went tonight ( Friday) around 5:30pm. Fast service and fast delivery of my order. Very clean and very hood food. My waitress was very friendly. and the cook was very clean and very fast with what he did. I left all three employees that were working a hood tip. It’s Christmas time and that’s what everyone should be doing this time of year. Giving . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the OAK RIDGE Waffle House! Especially the evening and night crew!❤️“

“I know it's a fast food chain but I got to tell you the service was outstanding. Went through the drive through with my 2 pups in my lap and the girl wprkimg the window gave them pup cups and called her fellow workers to come say hi. The dogs were very happy and I was happy. “This review is actual for the manager on duty today. My mom and I had our car blocked In the lot. Another car had pulled right next to my car and I couldn't get in it. She offered to help us. She got in the passenger side hopped over to the drivers side and pulled it out for us. She was our guardian angel today. We are grateful! And even gave us a sample of a new product that are serving which are the tater tots. I had the jalapeno burger and my husband had a regular hamburger the atmosphere is great and they have excellent custard as well which we had the night before and had to share it because even the small was big and yummy!“

What I didn't like that the manager on shift tonight was Tasha and she was making people wait 30 to 40 minutes to be seated even though there was PLENTY of seating. So many people left as we were eating because there was a " wait " when there was at least 10 to 12 tables available. I've been to this establishment when it was so packed you could lean over to the next table. I just think it was poorly on the manager part...“
