5 stars for my first meal here on Saturday for dinner; two days later on Monday for lunch just 3 stars. The difference is from fresh to leftovers. Will definitely be back on a Saturday night, which was awesome!
Best buffet anywhere close to Knoxville. Large selection and run more like a cafeteria. Great selection of Asian staples and American home style favorites. Food is refreshed often, stays hot/cold and consistent flavors. This is also the cleanest buffet we've found, with staff constantly wiping down counters and cleaning up spills quickly. This is a great buffet. There are so many delicious options to choose. The sushi is the best I have had at a buffet. I would like to see the beef at the Mongolian grill to be sliced instead of cubed. I think it would be much easier to eat.
