“Worth any wait in line. Amazingly friendly staff providing very generous portions of all your favorite desserts. Our family got a variety of items. The Peach Cobbler funnel cake was my favorite and tasted like summer. To compare that we got a traditional funnel cake with chocolate syrup and that was well above any fair or amusement park. Our kids got rootbeer floats and my dad got some ice cream that he still talks about the flavors. This is will be a must stop for us next time in town. Only empty plates, cones and cups with full bellies.“

“This is by far the best Crumbl I have visited. Staff are friendly and store is clean. Quite often when you visit Crumbls the baking area is an absolute mess.
There is a lady who works here and she gives the best service I have ever received. So polite and friendly. She gives fairy godmother vibes.

Outside the store there is plenty seating to choose from, even seats with fire pits.“

“Just had the best experience! We walked in to check out the new shop and the man working was so friendly. My toddler was a bit grumpy and hot from the sun and was asking for a snack. He brought him a little ice cream treat on the house and made his (and our) day! What a way to promote your store. We all bought dol whips and ice cream after that experience. ““Drinking local” works a little differently in the Smokys. I was thinking I was getting a new IPA, but I ain’t even mad at the draft Blueberry Moonshine they handed me.

“We found this gem of a place during our travels in Gatlinburg,Tennessee. Delicious malts, ice-cream sodas, sundaes, and a whole lot more. Friendly service and nostalgic atmosphere. Something for everyone! Highly recommend! 😊“

“We flew in from Washington state, starting our trip in Nashville, then Pigeon Forge and decided to spend one of our last days in Gatlinburg. On a whim, stopped at Waffle De Lys. The pictures on the menu looked yummy, but most of the time the food doesn’t look like the pictures. That wasn’t the case here! The waffle came out looking just like the picture. Now for the taste. It was hands down the best thing I had in Tennessee!! Best waffle I’ve ever had in my life! The toppings were amazing. I had the oh la la. The waffle itself is different than any other waffle. I can’t even describe it, but it’s delicious! I finished it and realized I didn’t even take a photo of the beautiful creation! The only thing I’m bummed about is that I didn’t find this place sooner! If we’re ever back in Tennessee, I would drive out of my way to stop here! Great, friendly customer service too!“

“You know I love Andy’s and the Strawberry Shortcake is my fav, but I was there 4/28 around 6:30pm and the shortcake was cold and so hard you could barely bite it. Disappointed ☹️“
