I've lived in Knoxville for almost 4 years and had no idea that Flour Head Bakery also makes cakes! I knew they made breads for Tomato Head, but I was surprised when my sister-in-law contacted Dennis to create her vegan wedding cake. She was able to communicate exactly what she wanted via e-mail and I got to taste a sample of the cakes and pick them up for her big day. You won't find a better cake for the price! Also Kelsey was a pleasure to work with. We got a chocolate peppermint cake to serve as desert at our rehearsal dinner and then we also got a three tiered blackberry lemon cake for the wedding. Both cakes were vegan and tasted amazing! We received constant compliments on both cakes from our guests and will continue to use this bakery in the future.

This place was a true gem. From the hummus, to the olive tapanade, to the fried pickle sandwich, everything was amazing. Had a great conversation with the owners as well. Could not recommend more
