The food was great! They're very helpful and there's no rush to get anything! Keep in mind this is not a place to sit and eat. It's a grab and go place and cash only. But man, does it have good cheese empanadas. The apple empanada didn't even make it to the car!
La Flor Mexican Bakery makes the best Tres Leches cakes in the area. I have tried several other Mexican bakeries within an hour of Knoxville and this one is noticably better in every way.

Went to this bakery a few days ago for breakfast/lunch, and smelled absolutely amazing the second I walked inside!
