This location definitely misses the mark on several fronts. There was no one at the order counter- unfortunately including staff. They were standing together near the kitchen entry chatting, but we waited for just shy of 5 minutes and none of them attempted to even greet us until I said- Perhaps we have to order on the self service screens? Yesterday, I ordered Valentine’s Day heart cookies along with my order, but when I got home I realized the cookies were missing. I called the store and the manager was very helpful and kind, told me I can pick-up the cookies at my convenience and he was very sorry and made sure the front had my name for when I pick-up the cookies.This morning, I came by for my usual coffee and the heart cookies. This location does not put food on the rapid pick-up shelf when it is ready, but there is no signage or anything to tell you that. You have to awkwardly duck into the line to ask the cashier if your order is ready. The line never slowed down, so I was not helped until I could finally pop into line.
