Being nice is one thing but when I have a to go order… their shouldn’t be an excuse as to why you’d allow this kind of product to exit your kitchen. I gave a second chance to make it better. This is what I got

Fresh out of the oven but I got probably one day old cinnamon rolls. Hard bottom and dry center. Smelled great, looked great, taste was disappointing.
