First of all the Valentines day waitress for the evening was incredible, she zipped around like a worker bee trying to get a promotion, I mean girl was polite and fast. We got our breakfasts and ate and ate till we were stuffed full. Watched the show a little longer, as a ex Pub owner I so would have tried to snipe her for our place, she was good. even though service was a little slow, DUE TO SHORT STAFF. Food was really good & HOT! We stopped at 3 other restaurants before coming here. Glad we did. Our waiter was really sweet & took very good care of us considering the circumstances. Thank you!
The hot bar has great selections and the staff is kind and helpful. Bravo!

Iron Skillet offers delicious food with large portions at reasonable prices. The pancakes, eggs, ham, and bacon are particularly praised. The service is top-notch, with friendly and hardworking servers like Storm. Some tables may need cleaning due to short staffing, but overall, the place is clean. Customers appreciate the unique style of cooking pancakes, and the well-seasoned sausage. Just a small suggestion for slightly more cooked hash browns.
