“I grabbed a couple bagels here for breakfast and was pretty happy with everything. The bagels were fresh, chewy, and had a nice toasted outside without being too hard. I got an everything bagel with cream cheese and also tried the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Both were really good and the portions felt fair for the price. The staff was friendly and got my order out quicker than I expected, even with a few people ahead of me. Nothing overly fancy, just a solid local bagel shop with good food and a relaxed vibe. I’d definitely come back when I’m craving a quick breakfast.“

“ABSOLUTELY THE BEST BAGEL I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! hands down a must if you are going to knox! great service, amazing workers,and great food!! so friendly,gave us amazing recommendations! got a classic bacon/egg/cheese, and the paysan signature bagel. grabbed a matcha from the cafe next door amazing pair. only down side is there is not much outdoor seating 🥲“
