The most inefficient staff who are too busy worrying about playing at work. I worked in food service for over 10 years, so I understand that having fun at work is important, but this is something else entirely. Every time the experience gets worse and worse and the wait is longer at the Ebenezer location. I just wish it could be a good experience!
Delicious coffee and amazing staff, especially ERIC.
Ordered a mocha which was in reality just a warm milk with no flavor and $6.50 no less!
