I encountered very poor customer service and found the staff to be unappreciative of their customers. I was told by the server, I think her name was Holly, upon taking my seat at the counter that they were only doing carry out orders since it was close to closing time. I was fine with that and it seemed fair since it was 15 minutes until closing time. When you hang up on someone trying to place a to-go order, your service sucks. Place has gone terribly downhill.
This place was awesome! I had the jalapeño and cheddar burger and fries. Cooked perfectly, the place was clean, and the staff were extremely nice and polite. I highly recommend.
