Bacon-Gruyere Egg Bites and English Breakfast Tea. Fantastic! Every Monday...and sometimes other mornings too.

I don't know why, but this Starbucks charges a little more for the same beverages I get at other Starbucks in Knoxville. Also, I always get a free refill for my qualifying hot tea drinks but not here; the barista wanted to charge me for a new tea bag. There are other coffee shops nearby so I have options that I intend to use, but I won't be back here. I'm not dropping my membership, and I will continue to use the other Starbucks locations in Knoxville (and elsewhere). Too bad...read full review

I had a really good experience at this Starbucks in downtown Knoxville. My mocha latte was made exactly the way I like it, with just the right amount of chocolate, and the service was friendly and welcoming.

I also like the location. It’s convenient if you’re spending time downtown, meeting someone, or just taking a few minutes to enjoy a coffee before getting on with your day.
