Much like other reviewers.... they are frequently closed. Who owns this place? No way an owner is aware of how often the employees close this place down. Always some lame reason or another.They will not let you sip your coffee inside.Finally, a small of my coffee choice is right; a medium never is since they don't put the correct amount of mocha sauce.Sucks. Save your money.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning for a quick coffee. Staff was rude. Man took my order and then ripped off his apron and told his female employee to "take care of her"..um ??? Did he have an emergency? Did he hate my order? A simple "she will take care of you" would suffice. I re stated my order (just 2 black coffees) she relayed it to the girl who didn't understand. Another employee was arriving for work and said "good morning!" To everyone and her employees ignored her....It was like everyone was in a daze? The vibe was terrible. I don't know but I did not enjoy my experience or anything about this starbucks.

I went this morning to get my usual Frappuccino and I was charged and extra 50 cents to blend my drink but it’s already a blended drink. Then my drink didn’t even taste right. I know I should have said something but we were leaving and I just didn’t want to deal with them.

I work within walking distance and come to this location all the time. LOCAL DOWNTOWN DISCOUNT apparently only applies if/when the barista hasn'thad their Cheerios pissed in, which is apparently a very regular thing for this Starbucks "team". What a joke. They're all nice when they want to be;and make the drinks based on how ever much effort they have to spare. I've went to another location and ordered the same drink I get here and they NEVER TASTE RIGHT. TRAIN YOUR FING BARISTAS DUDE..

Where are my damn egg bites!! This is exactly why you don't tip BEFORE you get service. Also this place adds a 20percent gratuity on orders of 5 or more. Are you kidding me? This is a basic part of your job description.

It's fun to visit because it's off the Hilton Hotel Lobby and there are nice places to sit in Hilton Lounge to people watch as people walk by on Gay
sadly this starbucks is now the closest one to my house; it's unfortunate because they have no idea how to make coffee here. every time i come my coffee is not only different, but horrible. i order the same thing everyday and it's a different price and made incorrectly, so i'm not sure anyone here knows what they're doing (quite literally). you also apparently can't use your starbucks app here either, apparently you have to purchase a physical gift card from their store to redeem any points. Will definitely be finding a new starbucks to go to daily even if it's further, this place is a waste of time and money.

I've stopped by this place four times already and three out of those four times they were closed. I was so disappointed. How do they even stay in business when they hardly ever open at all. This location is in downtown Knoxville and I'm sure their rent is expensive, but I just don't know why they don't open normal hours like all the other Starbucks locations.
