“Holds to the high quality K-Brew standards of coffee and service. They have cute decor modeled after the original store on N Broadway. Their main problem is simply atmosphere as it's normally loud and crowded. And their tea is ridiculously expensive!“
“Our coffees were great for the long trip. They had a nice full taste. They ladies there were super nice. I had actually talked to one of them about the plants they had. I wanted to know what type of plant it was. She asked if I wanted it. She said it was struggling to get enough light and what is needed.I just wanted to let her know that it was starting to get new leaves and is lookibg more vibrant.“
“Cappuccino and cortado were nicely prepared though both had the exact same textured milk. The espresso was sweet and mild and meandered through the milk rather than a solid punch. Drinks are prepared in paper or plastic unless you request ceramic /glass.Variety of pastries / grab and go available.“
“Came a few minutes before they closed. Staff was very nice and the atmosphere was very kind/open. The coffee was a bit bitter, but I came late, so it's only to be expected. The flavors themselves were well balanced. I would recommend it to anyone visiting or living here!!!“
“My absolute favorite coffee shop in Knoxville! Kind and welcoming employees, fast service, yummy coffee + food, plenty of space, I just truly haven't found any cons. If you're looking for a more homey and cozy coffee shop, this is your place! And their mission of serving women in East Knox is beautiful!“
“Nice addition to the newly bustling Sevier Ave. area. Coffee drinks are tasty and reasonably priced. From my experience, they always have seating available after 5pm. The music in the afternoons can be loud and contains profanity, so not recommended for little ones. But hey, it’s a coffee shop, right? Overall, we love having afternoon coffee at this convenient and accessible location.“
“I've been to the downtown location many times and seen different people nearly everytime behind the counter, and everytime I go you can tell that every single one enjoys the craft. They even add latte art when it's in a closed cup! Bryce and Chase both gave amazing service during my last visit and made one of the best cappuccinos I've had. The attention to detail from the baristas still amazes me. They always have very unique bagels and the locally roasted beans are always fresh and smell amazing.Vegetarian options: Most of the bagels are vegetarian outside of the ones with cheese, and they offer substitutes for milk.Dietary restrictions: They have the option for substituting milk, and are willing to help with any other restrictions if possible.Kid-friendliness: They have a selection of bottled drinks for those not interested in coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is level with the sidewalk and there are no inclines.“
“EXPENSIVE but good. We got three bagel sandwiches, two lattes, and a drip coffee, and it was $60.No one disclosed to us that there were walnuts in the banana bread latte which i thought was unusual.Overall, they are fine. The bagels and coffee are good but I tend to avoid them because of the price point.“
“So cute and such a relaxed environment! I love that they sell cute little crafts and stickers, and this coffee shop has one of my most favorite mochas ever! The house mocha is so good, and I look forward to it every time visit! Huge fan of this cute downtown Knox business and would choose it over Starbucks every time.“
“I had an Americano with vanilla, brown sugar, and honey. It was rich and delicious! My boyfriend had a Cappuccino with brown sugar and maple syrup- his was smooth and rich as well. The energy of the space was laidback. There was also plenty of room for seating.“
“This is definitely one of my favorite local coffee shops! The customer service has always been amazing, whether you go there to study, or meet a friend, the atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing, their coffees are very smooth in taste, and their pastries are excellent! Definitely recommend this place! ?“
